From a team that includes chef/owners from Philadelphia's former Hoof + Fin, SushiSamba in Miami, Quahog's Seafood Shack down the shore, and Toloache in, um, also Midtown, Pulperia features a casual Latin vibe thanks to Mexican tile and reclaimed wood from Brazil. It's plating decidedly interesting eats like grilled Argentinian-style pizza (It's not delivery, it's Delgado?), lobster with pineapple, and Pacu fish ribs with orange chipotle BBQ sauce.
