The Raindrop Cake, also known as mizu shingen mochi, is a combination of water and agar. New York chef Darren Wong is bringing this viral Japanese treat stateside to Brooklyn's Smorgasburg where he serves the jelly-like dish alongside molasses and roasted soybean flour.
