Momofuku's David Chang will deliver you food now
Like all true New Yorkers, you probably value ordering-in over cooking, and clicking a button over calling (who wants to speak words out loud to order delivery??). Caviar improved upon Seamless by delivering fare from fine-dining restaurants, and now, Momofuku maestro David Chang is taking the food-delivery game to the next level.
According to Eater, Chang is nixing the restaurant-to-couch approach and teaming up with a new company called Maple to create a delivery app that will feature different high-quality recipes and a rotating seasonal menu -- all of which will be provided by Chang and other yet-to-be-named culinary experts. The most crucial, life-changing component, though? They're promising food delivery within FIFTEEN MINUTES of placing your order. This is an actual dream that's becoming a reality, and we plan to be waiting on the edge of our couch with our phones ready.
Starting today, you can sign up for Maple to find out when it launches.
