Sick of brisket and ribs? Of course you're not, that's impossible, but you should still switch things up a bit at Hill Country's new Guest Pit Master Series. Once every three months, they'll bring in a chef like inaugural toque Michael White (Nicoletta, Ai Fiori, Marea...), who'll be busting up the smokers with an Italian-influenced rosemary brisket with Calabrian chilies and Parmesan focaccia.
