Ichabod's

Published On 02/27/2013 Published On 02/27/2013

Ichabod's is adjacent to sister pub Headless Horseman (god, he just can't shake that dude), features touches both rustic (raw wood, vintage textiles, etc...) and modern (floor-to-ceiling windows, glowing wine rack, oyster-filled ice shelf...), and highlights cocktails from a Mulberry Project vet like the Bacon Sazerac with "bacon-washed rye" and maple syrup. That goes plenty well with new American eats like bone marrow w/ Cabernet jelly, broiled oysters w/ Pernod & garlic, and duck leg w/ huckleberries, which will presumably say "I'm your huckleberries".
