The Bocuse Restaurant

Paul Bocuse is basically the most lauded chef in the world, Raekwon included. So if you're not going to be in Lyon anytime soon to hit his restaurant, you should take a day trip upstate to The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, where this eponymous spot will serve French-style eats like filet mignon w/ bone marrow and lobster & vermouth ragout both of which aren't exactly made by him, but instead by the culinary world's "future innovators".
