Ms Tootsie's comfort classics at RTM

From the dude behind South St rib-sticker Ms. Tootsie's, KeVen Parker Soul Food Cafe's the BBQ-focused revamp of Reading Terminal Market's Delilah's, a location they likely settled on after someone said "Hey, there"

The menu features these pan-spanning, gravy-basted turkey wings, plus syrup-sopped chicken, barbecued pork ribs, and five varieties of fried seafood, including spicy catfish... WATCH OUT MANTI!

Like any good hendecagon, there are 11 sides at this place (one comes with your entree fo' free), from red beans and rice to these thick and juicy slow-cooked collards with bits of butter-basted turkey butt in them

All the baking's done on premises, with every plate paired with a melted honey butter-brushed roll. Oh, and the fried chicken comes with a four-stack of made-to-order waffles, which, despite the name, you won't have to think twice about

The cafe's best-seller? Crab Mac n' Cheese Balls, a pair of Gobstopper-sized crab cakes stuffed with cheddar-plus-four-more-secret-cheeses mac for just $5. We swear it's true. (Times Square can't shine as bright as you.)
