Lowcountry comforts from the Stella Blu crew

Looking like a page from Martha Stewart Living but tasting like Paula Deen infiltrated the kitchen, the women behind everywhere you eat in W Conshy (Stella Blu, Gypsy Saloon) have opened Southern Cross Kitchen, cooking up modern man-comforts like tequila-sauteed shrimp, bacon-and-egg salad, and two kinds of meatloaf: hot w/ gravy & potatoes, or cold w/ horseradish mayo on pullman loaf.
