Bringing a rare taste of Cambodian cuisine to PDX, this cart-turned-restaurant in a Clinton St colonial serves up authentic pork belly buns, fish sauce-marinated steaks, Khmer red curry, and Amok Trey, which's Cambodia's national dish of catfish & coconut milk steamed in banana leaves, and not what the dude from Phish ran after too much acid.
