The Iron Chef champ gets happy


Vitaly Paley's swank downtown spot has launched a daily 2-6p happy hour that includes pauper-cheap bites like the Howie Long-baiting $6 Flat-Top Burger, plus $5 craft cocktails like the Vieux Carre w/ rye & cognac.

This restaurant is owned and operated by Chef Vitaly Paley, who, for those of us who are uninitiated in food culture, has been the Dean of Portland Chefs for many years.
