Meat comes in the form of Australian Wagyu filets, grain-fed US strip loin/t-bone, and Scottish rib/skirt served with Woodford Reserve peppercorn, Bearnaise, or shallot garlic butter; sea-meat encompasses tea-smoked prawns, diver-caught scallops w/ foie, and regularly changing Market Fish like the pancetta- & artichoke-abetted Whole Roast Brill, a dish that practically reviews itself.
