A restaurant/coffee shop in South Lake

Carved out of a row of flop houses for Lake Union ship builders, the RH's been painstakingly turned into a low-ceilinged counter-service eat spot replete with old-timey touches (a vintage mailbox, period furniture), and raw-wood fixtures. On the food front, they've got snack plates (baked brie w/ honey & pine nuts), soups and salads (tomato basil, a Tuscan-style artisan-bread Panzanella salad w/ garbanzos & fresh mozz), and dipping sauce-paired grilled cheeses like the Caprese-inspired Vatican w/ fresh mozz, tomato & basil on a rustic Italian loaf, which barely even feels like rising.
