Slow-cooked meats in the South Bay

In what is likely the world's most effective anti-global warming move to date, Coop's West Texas BBQ has doubled down in Chula Vista to save you gas money, essentially taking over front-of-the-house operations for Center Cut (who'll thankfully still be slinging booze in the back). To commemorate this momentous occasion for the South Bay, we cruised down to hang with Mr Cooper, but instead of learning valuable life lessons and how to make layups, we talked meat.
