A Spokane chain hits Northgate

Twig's interior

Not content to just dominate gullets in Eastern Washington, this mini-chain of casual eateries has opened a 350-seat spot in Northgate Mall that features two heated patios, a massive bar/ liquor tower stocked with over 600 bottles, and a dining room boasting a flaming pyramid, which makes sense, since the USDA will probably just set the food pyramid on fire once they get a look at dishes like Truffle Penne in Parmesan cream sauce, and the half-pound Roasted Garlic Gorgonzola Burger on brioche.
