You still need a passport to go to Whistler and/or legally partake in moose rodeos, but you no longer need one to try the eats prepped by the lady behind Vancouver’s Vij’s, 'cause her new spot on South Lake Union is now serving "non-traditional" Indian dishes like grilled marinated salmon w/ coconut, ginger & potato curry, and Bengali-style lamb-beef kebobs, all from this side of the border.
