Locally-sourced organic goods from an old house in Wallingford

Exterior at Tilth

You know how sometimes you really want a home-cooked meal, but, UGH, you don't actually know how to cook, your mom won't return your calls, and your oven is where you store your old... Redbook magazines? Those are the days you should head to Tilth, a restaurant that feels a lot like home, possibly because it is inside an actual home. Your mom’s not in the kitchen, but if you took a peek back there you’d find a James Beard award-winning, Iron Chef-testant cooking up gourmet, seasonal, totally-organic dishes, like mini duck burgers and smoked yogurt flans -- which (sorry, Mom) sound a lot better than Hamburger Helper.
