Northwest grub and an indoor fire pit

Fire pit at The Barking Frog

In Native American legend, frogs symbolize peace and harmony, which means that barking is amphibi-speak for “it’s all good”. You'll no doubt bark like a fat, dressed-up frog after a meal at this Willows Lodge-adjacent restaurant, where you can nosh on Northwest cuisine in some seriously fancy digs (Read: INDOOR FIRE PIT). There aren't any froggies on the menu, but there is fried quail & waffles with maple demi-glace, Dungeness crab salad, and seared scallops nestled atop a chestnut-honey puree, while the award-winning wine list sticks mainly to local grapes.
