This crazily-conceptualized, all pop-up basement bistro's got a bar helmed by a revolving crew of top LA mixologists and features different chefs trying out new dishes for upcoming restaurants, prix-fixe style. The next three nights will be helmed by the former Church & State guy, who'll be doling out five courses like hamachi, avocado, jalapeno & green apple, and a chanterelle mushroom/baby spinach/katsuo bushi beef tenderloin, w/ drinks by a dude from Library Bar, so be sure and keep it down, or he'll get mad bitters.
