Two countries, one menu

The Latin-Asian inspired Chinatown spot is continuing the menu series that features the cuisine and spirits of one Latin and one Asian country (Venezuela & North Korea? Talk about small plates...) this month w/ Chef Sandoval introducing dishes like Oxtail Humitas w/ Argentinian tamal, peanut sauce, tamarind & coconut milk and Bacolod Filipino BBQ Chicken with a lemongrass-chili marinade, pickled tropical fruit & red chimichurri.
