Five-courses and wine to boot

Next Wednesday, head on down to Jackson 20 to drop 4.25 of him at a five-course wine dinner w/ a special menu utilizing the entire pig (pig head bolognese pappardelle & pork Pâté en croûte, etc.). Each dish will be paired with a glass of Pinot Noir from wine distributors "Nice Legs", who will be on hand to talk about different terroirs, wine making methods, and presumably, the downside of Nair.
