Wicker Park

With its regal booths and mahogany bar, this old New York-styled pub's a welcome addition to the short list of UES spots that aren't terrible. The menu (from Del Frisco's former exec chef) includes blue point oysters topped w/ chopped spinach, horseradish, bacon, & shitake mushrooms, and Filet Mignon Sliders -- the tastiest desecration of traditional steak since the "Meat-a-Roni" craze of 1977.
