This Monday Stubb's hosts a Kentuckian celebration with US Bartenders Guild heavyweights from Perla's, 2nd Bar and Kitchen, and Contigo pouring samples of -- and mixing craft cocktails fueled by -- 20 bourbons, from Maker's 46 (their first new product in 52yrs) and Jim Beam's Devil's Cut (90-proof thanks to a newfangled extraction of the whiskey that's soaked into the barrels), to small batch distillers like Four Roses. Entertainment comes via the high-lonesome stylings of Hem & Haw, assuming they stop living up to their name and actually take the stage.
