Freebie of the Week The Cavanaugh Flight Museum's annual Fall Fly Days are Saturday & Sunday, and're gonna feature A) a bunch of pin-up girls, B) fly-bys and fly-alongs from/in some of the most iconic planes of WWII, and C) a sweet car show with some of the best Pontiacs in the Metroplex. Tix're available at the gate, but the first three people to tweet at both @ThrillistDallas and @CavFlightMuseum with their favorite line from Smokey and the Bandit will get in totally FREE. Friday, September 6th The first-ever TacoCon (Cerveza) festival's celebrating everything that's great about the taco truck... and there's beer, since it's gonna be at Four Corners Brewing Co. Best of all: admission's totally free, if you just RSVP right here. Saturday, September 7th Head to Gilley's for the Untapped Festival, featuring beers from nearly 70 craft brewers to go with food from a host of trucks, plus a slew of live music. You're definitely gonna wanna buy tix early, but they come with a dozen beer samples! Sunday, September 8th Get over to FW, because Adam "Don't Call Me Pacman!" Jones and several of the other folks behind Grace just opened up a new spot in Fort-ville called Little Red Wasp that's running awesomely-huge knife & fork sammies (Reuben, ahi...) alongside a virtual dictionary of craft brews. Or... if you'd rather go with a crazy, baconey brunch while you're over there, MAX's Wine Dive's now open on W 7th St. Thursday, September 12th Malai Kitchen is hosting a Thai Me Up dinner that's gonna be an "exploration" of Thai coastal foods -- think snapper, curry, and "weasel coffee". It's gonna fill up pretty quickly, so get on it, like, NOW.
