The Buzz Bike and kicking off Mardi Gras

Dallas Event of the Week
The Buzz Bike has just burst (well, slowly pedaled) onto the Dallas scene, and you are going to want to book a tour stat! To break it down for you, you get to bike around some of the most iconic areas of Dallas, boozing and eating the whole time in BYOB and BYOF fashion, and you get to do it with up to 15 of your closest friends/enemies that you are trying to keep closer. No pegs required, everyone will get a seat.

La Cima Club

Friday, February 28th: Someone has to kick off Mardi Gras for Dallas and who better than La Cima Club, which has one of the best views in the Metroplex. La Cima will have live music with a brass band, cocktails, and traditional Mardi Gras food, plus prizes for best costume. Hint: masks encouraged. Continue Reading

Stan's Blue Note

Saturday, March 1st: Stan’s is hosting a gumbo cook-off and crawfish boil this Saturday for a small price tag of $20. If you fancy yourself a gumbo wiz (and who doesn't?), you can enter the cook-off by emailing here.

The Majestic

Saturday, March 1st: Amos Lee reaffirmed what all of Texas already knew -- there IS something special about a Southern girl. You should show your support for Amos at The Majestic this weekend. Tickets are going fast!

Bishop Arts District

Sunday, March 2nd: During the Mardi Gras parade, all of the usual suspects will be here and we wouldn’t want it any other way. You can expect lots of gold, green, and purple along with beads, crawfish, bands, and floats. If you end up getting tired of the parade, all of the Bishop Arts spots will have their doors open for your gastronomical needs.
