Dallas Event of the Week The Community BreweryBeer Dinner at Cook Hall has five beers paired up with five courses, like black truffle cheese fritters (!) paired up with Inspiration (a silver medal winner at the US Open Beer Championships) or a veal chop with quince mustard and smoked bacon matched up with their Trinity Triple. They'll also be unveiling their first anniversary beer, a variant of their Glenstemmons aged in bourbon barrels.
