Launched ahead of SXSW, this Seattle-designed Droid app uses Text-to-Speech technology to convert nearby tweets into speech in real-time (it also locates them on a map), plus you can listen in outside your 'hood since it lets you virtually "teleport" anywhere in the world, though that can also be accomplished by heading to your local bar and telling them to Beam you up, a bunch of times.
