The Weekend Playbook: Free wine and a free pork feast

London Freebie of the Week The rather awesome Toast Festival is presenting an all day wine-a-thon (w/ peeps from Clove Club, Quo Vadis, Zetter Group, Saturday Kitchen, etc.), and we’ve arranged some free tix to The Famous Five with the ever-entertaining Tom Harrow (also goes by: WineChap). He’ll pour, and learn you some beyond-Sideways vino knowledge about five amazing grape hooches. Pop an email here to snag these, and get info on the rest of the day right here.

Thursday, November 21st: It may sound a bit strange to have a festival to bring awareness to pig’s eating habits by serving pork, but whatever. A free lunch is being served in Trafalgar Square by the guys in white from Wahaca, Bistrot Bruno Loubet, Cabana, The Delaunay, Paternoster Chop House, Le Pont de la Tour and Soho House. DJs, demos, and a piglet pen will round out the mix, because it's good to play with your food. Get involved here
