Saturday, June 14th: The Northern Spark art festival really burned the house down last year. No really. They literally burned a house down. So hit the Minneapolis riverfront this Saturday to see what other crazy all-night art/food/performance-driven mayhem they can create.

Saturday, June 14th: If this were really Sweden we could be up all night tanning under the midnight sun. Unfortunately, we’re not that far North, but we can still gather around the maypole, eat herring plates, Swedish-style hot dogs, and more at the annual Midsommar Celebration.

On The Green Line

Saturday, June 14th: The Green Line through the University of Minnesota to St. Paul is finally open! And to celebrate, there'll be events at every station highlighted by “Catch a Taste of the Warehouse District” over by Target Field, and a ribbon cutting at Union Depot Station to kick things off.


Germanic-American Institute

All Weekend: The Germans couldn’t let the Swedes have all the fun, so get over to St. Paul’s Summit Avenue if you want to enjoy some authentic German brews and, maybe if you have enough Hefeweizen, even a little bit of authentic German dancing.
