Check Out the Nominees for the 2020 Emmys

Like everything else, 2020 has been a weird year for TV. The coronavirus pandemic forced many shows, from Stranger Things to The Handmaid's Tale, to shut down production altogether, some like Billions to only air only part of their season, and inspired many to get creative with makeshift animated or remote specials. But despite all of the chaos in television, none of that is stopping the 2020 Emmy Awards from airing as scheduled on September 20.

On July 28, all of the nominations for this year's ceremony were announced. Leslie Jones hosted the (virtual, of course) nominations announcement, along with Laverne Cox, Josh Gad, Tatiana Maslany, and Television Academy CEO Frank Scherma. While it's still unclear whether the 72nd Annual Emmy Awards, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, will be virtual or in person, you can find all of the major nominations below, and either start campaigning for your favorite show, or get worked up about who's been snubbed.
