A family of bears in Rockaway, NJ recently invaded the backyard of their neighbors (a family of humans) to take a dip in their above-ground pool. They were probably hoping to find an inground pool -- perhaps one with a diving board -- but you really can only ask for so much on a hot day, especially if you are a family of bears.
The entire pool party was caught on video and uploaded to YouTube by the pool-owners' actual neighbors. In it, you can hear a young girl (who is indoors) yell, "Hey baby bear, leave the floatie alone!" Because really, someone needed to exercise some control over these trespassers. You can also hear her command, "No going on the swing, bear!"
Overall, the intruders seemed to have a great day splashing around in the pool and climbing on the slides and swings. Rumor has it they are planning a family trip to Orlando soon, because the beach is really more their thing, and you know, the kids just keep begging to go to Disney!
