Nightmares Are Real: Forklift Moves Porta-Potty With Woman Inside

You know that nervous feeling of vulnerability in the pit of your stomach every time you use a porta-potty? It's not just that gas station burrito you ate earlier. You might have good reason to distrust the privacy of a big ol' plastic bathroom cube after all. A woman attending the Newlyn Fish Festival in Cornwall, England was minding her own business and using the portable facilities when something even shittier (sorry...) happened -- the toilet was lifted and moved across the harbor by an unsuspecting forklift operator.

Even worse, this nightmare wasn't a once-in-a-lifetime mistake, according to Mark Kempthorne the director of the adorably British-sounding Andyloos, the company in charge of the johns: "It does happen quite a bit to be honest," he told BBC News. " I've done it a few times." Yikes.

There you have it, folks. Every time you use a porta-potty, you're putting your safety in the hands of indiscriminate forklift operators who don't respect the sanctity of the "Occupied" latch on the front door. You might not want to risk it. The woman in this cautionary tale "was not injured," but let's be real, that's the least of our concerns -- they didn't say anything about how clean she came out of it.
