New Orleans Event of the Week It’s Twelfth Night, and that means the start of CARNIVAL TIME! And that means this Friday, the Frenchman Art Market will be sponsoring the Twelfth Night "Toe-Down" Carnival Party. The Camel Toe Lady Steppers -- an all-women's marching group -- will be hosting a fundraiser for the Roots of Music featuring live music, carnival games, and of course a costume contest.
