America's self-proclaimed "most hands-on, but not in that kind of way" history museum, the National Constitution Center, celebrates its world-premiering American Spirits exhibition tonight by transforming the space into a museum-sized speakeasy with multiple bars and roving bites, a full jazz-age orchestra, and even dance lessons.
