Beer dinners, tequila dinners, and Record Store Day (also with beer!)
Event of the Week
Riot House Records and M-Theory Music are hosting Record Store Day starting at 10am on Saturday, April 19th. God Save the Cuisine food truck will be there at 8am serving coffee and breakfast to early birds, Saint Archer Brewing Company will be serving their craft beers (which early birds might also want), and there will be live music going down from 1:30-6pm.
Thursday, April 17th: Urge Gastropub and Deschutes Brewery are coming together with four chefs to bring you four dishes paired with 8oz brews. The Deschutes Woody (mobile, barrel-shaped beer truck!) will be there with six additional taps of rare beers for your supplemental drinking pleasure. Grab your tickets here
Saturday, April 19th: More than 60 breweries will be serving beers out in front of the Lafayette Hotel from 2-5:30pm, along with live performances by The Heavy Guilt, Hit Dog Hollar, and Neighbors to the North during the Citybeat Festival of Beers.
Saturday, April 19th: Solare is hosting a four-course Fortaleza tequila-pairing dinner and tasting starting at 6:30pm with dishes like coffee-encrusted pistachio pork loin on mashed potatoes with sweet and sour bell peppers, all encircled with a vanilla-infused Italian extra virgin olive oil. Oh man, that's the same thing you had for lunch!
Monday, April 21st: Chef Martin Vargas from Verde Y’Crema in Tijuana is teaming up with Green Flash Brewing Co. for the Green Flash Supper Club in their tasting room. The five-course, beer-paired dinner gets started at 6:30pm -- get your tickets here.
