5hr beer fests, 6hr happy hours, and Eliza Dushku?!

Seattle Event of the Week
The second annual Penumbra Beer Bash, Mount Baker's music-and-booze festival, features seven local bands, including Dude York and Chastity Belt, and a $25 ticket gets you a 5oz tasting cup and seven drink tokens. Still on the fence? Check out the complete list of every drink they'll be offering. Be sure to stick around for the Randall Competition, where local breweries vie to create the best infusion. Things start Saturday at 5pm at Kings Hall, so score some tickets!

Friday, March 28th: Wear your Superman pajamas in public, and rub shoulders with Eliza Dushku and MacGyver at Emerald City's Comicon, where you can also trade Simpson's quotes with the person who plays Bart (she loves that!) and discuss how being an orphan affected Batman... now through Sunday.

Saturday, March 29th, 7-10pm: Dust off your suit, grab the keys to the Aston Martin, and head to the Pacific Science Center, where SPY: The Secret World of Espionage is giving you a chance to sip Pyramid Breweries’ India Pale Lager and check out recently declassified gadgets from the CIA, FBI, and National Reconnaissance Office.

Monday, March 31st, 6pm: Seattle's first cider bar, Capitol Cider, and Finnriver Farm and Cidery are hosting Apples Get Paired: it's a six-course dinner featuring dishes from chefs at places like Palace Kitchen and Tilth, all made with the state's signature fruit. Tickets are $85 and space is limited -- so hit 'em up.

Ongoing: Crossing 520's expensive, so save some dough at Pearl’s 6hr happy hour -- everything's $6, including drinks like the Shiso Wild Drop and Black Cherry Manhattan, and eats like spicy tuna tartare and bleu cheese tenderloin strips.
