Toy Stories By Aled Lewis

From a London designer/illustrator building on a recent foray into photography, these sardonically subversive pics depict plastic toys in a variety of speech-bubble situations, such as Deception's medieval knight telling a stumpy pony that he "looked bigger on eBay", or The Upper Hand's Lassie demanding his owner submits to the condition "And from now on, I get the double bed" before agreeing to rescue him from a well -- a risky power play, because as soon as he hoists him up, he could find himself joining those other five Lassies.
