Get all-you-can-eat swine as five top chefs (of Incanto, Orson, Fatted Calf, Benton Hams, Silverado) vie to become the "Prince of Pork" by preparing a 70lb heritage breed pig any way they see fit. Entry also secures all-you-can-drink from five nearby wineries (Palmaz, Saddleback, Hill...), and the opportunity to influence the results with your vote (which'll become less informed the more you swill Palmaz, Saddleback, Hill...).
