Hit the Huntington next week for a la carte Animalia from buffalo to yak. Dish highlights include cherry-spiced/pepper-cured antelope medallions; panini stuffed w/ sausages made from both wild boar/fennel and rabbit/rattlesnake; and of course, the hot-mustard-flanked fried "ribs" from a Brazilian piranha, which taste vaguely of...Brazilians.
