TdB's proffering a three-course dinner paired with four Scotches, starting with a warm-up Black Grouse & ginger ale, then moving to mache salad w/ pan-seared goat cheese, figs & apricots with Macallan 15 Fine Oak; skewer presentations of stuff like picanha (cap of top sirloin), leg of lamb, and Brazilian sausage mated to Highland Park 18; and triple layer chocolate mousse alongside Macallan 18, described as smokey, fat, and expensive, but it's 18, so what the hell?
