Korean American deli owner John tried Kogi and decided he too would introduce Korea to Mexico...in your mouth. His soft shell tacos/burritos feature sauteed kimchi, bulgogi beef, lettuce, salsa, cilantro, onions, and a secret sauce his mom makes -- but don't get too clever with that fact, or it's no tacos for you.
