Mobile pork-slinger leaves no pig part un-sauced

Boston's famous for lots of things -- tea parties, stranglers, Markets with delicious pot pies made with the scraps of chicken Wade Boggs didn't get to -- but not necessarily BBQ. Hoping to change all that's the owner of the Beantown BBQ Food Truck, who, after 30yrs of smoking and spinning pigs for catering jobs, decided to take on the challenge of Southern BBQ in a truck emblazoned with a wild hog who thankfully doesn't hang out with Tim Allen.
