Hot meat rules the Buckhead seafood shack's seasonal menu

To showcase the talents of Chopped-winning chef Quentin Donnaud, Buckhead's seafood-centric Coast has just unveiled a mightily meaty menu of seasonal Lowcountry favorites that'll have you looking more like Big Country

This baby beet salad w/ fresh goat cheese & winter orange is mad healthy, but don't get too used to that..

... since next up are jalapeño apricot-jammed pork belly sliders

In addition to being what Marty McFly's mom called him in 1955, the Hot Chicken is tossed in housemade hot sauce after being made pan-crispy

Here's a half-pound black angus burger w/ pecan-smoked bacon & sharp Tillamook cheddar

Glazed Australian lamb shank w/ lamb sausage: Australian for Glazed Australian lamb shank w/ lamb sausage

Of course they've still got their trademark swimmers like seared sea scallops w/ Meyer lemon risotto & chili oil

And cocktails such as the basil martini w/ Hendrick's Gin & fresh lime

Those are definitely sausages

And Chef Quentin'll be out on the patio BBQ-ing them up. Also get there through the end of the year for Roast Night Thursdays w/ pork shoulder, brisket, baby backs, etc, plus the Sunday Supper series featuring $15 family-style courses of buttermilk-fried chicken, catfish, pot roast, and other things that'll get you big enough to get drafted 6th overall by the Grizzlies.
