Here's to hoping that PB will have the moves like Jagger and stay open for 40yrs, since it's taken over the square-pie specialist's space to make round varieties like the red pepper-based Bajou Bella w/ andouille & roast chicken, wings served wet (ginger teriyaki) and dry (Cajun mesquite), and sammies on fresh-baked, thin-rolled house dough such as the chicken/ bacon/ cheddar/ mozzarella "Freestyle".
