A brick-walled, unconventional-taco utopia with a jagged-wood bar cut from a single tree, Bad Dog's plating 14in flour tortillas stuffed with everything from slow-roasted brisket to Indian samosas, plus nine soft taco choices like "We've Got Seoul" (Korean BBQ pork belly w/ kimchi & salsa verde), the flank steak/ yucca straw/ chimichurri "Evita", and the plantain-crusted tilapia "Go Fish!", which is generally what people say to the Lakers PG after he starts flopping.
