Chef Linda Harrell has put together a three-hour, man-friendly workshop on how to make your own charcuterie, sausage, and pancetta, then use them in two great sammy recipes. There'll also be libation lessons on how to properly craft classic cocktails: a Sazerac, a Scofflaw, and a Mark Twain -- too many, and things'll fade to black, and you'll be Finn.
