Ibiza Bites

Debuting today at Food Truck Wednesdays, Ibiza's a bright red mobile kitchen kicking out Latin/South American/Deep South eats. They've got a daily changing menu that includes anything from Venezuelan taquenos to chicken & waffles, carne mechada (Latin-spiced brisket over coconut mango rice), and desserts like pie fries, which Kirstie Alley originally read as "pie fires", leading her to drop everything except her own pies, and begin training as a smoke jumper.
