Live Fire!

Perhaps the country's foremost celebration of beef outside of pretty much all '90s hip-hop, Live Fire brings 13 chefs to the Salt Lick to blow your mind-grapes with their spins on TX's holiest meat. On hand'll be Aaron Franklin (chopped brisket), John Bullington of the Alamo Drafthouse (roasting a whole cow), Portland resto Beast (grapewood-smoked New York strips), and the Contigo chef (Thunderheart... no, beef heart).
