Nomad Dosa

Taking residency in Franklin BBQ's old trailer space, Nomad's run by a chef who got into naturalistic culinary training because of a debilitating disease that restricted his diet. Apparently that diet's still more varied than most, because now he's applying that learning to traditional Indian, specifically dosa topped with flavorful chutneys (cilantro, coconut), in varieties like the Holy Cow (creamy spiced potatoes, roasted cashews, sauteed onions, green peas) and the spinach/paneer India Jones (byo chilled monkey brain/still-beating human heart).
