Just opened by Shoal Creek Saloon's chef, this fleur-de-lis'd trailer in the historic Burnet Rd Market serves a muffuletta w/ house olive mix and ham along with mortadella, salami, provolone & Swiss, plus shrimp etouffee, gumbo, and, of course, po' boys, filled with catfish, crawfish, shrimp, roast beef, or plump oysters when seasonally available, whose resemblance to thrown D's technically makes this one a Rich Boy.
