Mesa Ln's Mirabelle has gone Francophile, with a full make-over by an Uchi alum that includes ditching original decor that dated back to its past as a pancake house, and hiring a San Fran chef to plate southern-French staples like escargot, bouillabaisse (redfish! salmon! mussels! shrimp! clams! potatoes!), and steak frites with bearnaise, Cognac cream, or maitre d' butter, which apparently isn't a palmed $20.
